Pouring & Scooping
“Pouring and Scooping” focuses on refining students fine motor skills, concentration, and hand-eye coordination while fostering independence and a sense of order. During this activity, children use various materials like water, sand, or beans to pour and scoop from one container to another, carefully controlling the flow and direction of the substances. Through this hands-on experience, children develop their sense of touch, learn concepts of volume and measurement, and enhance their spatial awareness. This activity is a wonderful opportunity for your child to engage in purposeful play and explore their natural curiosity in a supportive Montessori environment.
